About the Artist:

Yang Qirui，Artist. Professor of China Academy of Art, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the Academy, Vice Chairman of the China City Sculptors Association, Deputy Director of the Sculpture Art Committee of the Third China Artists Association, member of the Art Committee for the Creation of Art of National Important Subjects, Zhejiang Province. He has served as the Dean of the School of Visual Arts of China Academy of Art, the Dean of the School of Public Art, and the first Dean of the School of Sculpture and Public Art.
His creative and research fields include sculpture, painting, public art, installation and outdoor cross-media art.
